..............Now you have made the decision to hold your wedding ceremony and/or celebration at the Tunnels Beaches here are some handy
..............tips on how to go about booking your special event.
..............1. Firstly you must choose your date and email Tunnels Beaches: bookings@tunnelsbeaches.co.uk to see if there is a vacancy and reserve
..............the date for yourselves, but don't leave it too late as the popular dates always go well in advance. If you intend to have your ceremony

..............2. Email us to arrange an onsite tour & meeting to discuss your requirements.
..............3. Provisional booking: We are happy to hold your date for 5 days after which time, should we not hear from you, the date will
..............automatically be released.
..............4. Confirming a booking: To book we will need a completed booking form outlining.your anticipated requirements, along with
..............a deposit of £1500 and a signed copy of our terms & conditions. (Please note deposits are non refundable in any circumstances).
..............Payment for deposits are accepted in cash, BACS and debit/credit cards (not American Express). (Note: 2% fee for credit cards).
..............
..............5. It is a condition of your booking that you take out adequate Wedding Insurance to cover any unforseen eventualities.
............. Proof of insurance is required within 30 days of your initial booking. Please email a copy of your certificate and policy.
............. Good policies can be purchased from a variety of well known online retailers such as John Lewis and Debenhams for as little as £20!
..............6. We will then discuss details and your plans (normally over email) during the months leading up to your big day. You are welcome

..............7. Then 5-6 weeks before the wedding we need to know any alteration to guest numbers. The number you give us at this stage will
..............be the number we cater for and what you will be charged for. The total account must be settled at least 4 weeks prior to the event.
..............Payment can be in the form of BACS transfer, cash or debit/credit card. (Note: 2% fee for credit cards)
..............8. A £500 damage deposit is required on settlement of other costs 4 weeks prior to your wedding. This will be refunded within 7 days
..............after your wedding if no damage is caused or if no items are missing.
..............9. Arrange to have your decorations, wedding favours and cake delivered after 10am on the big day, and then relax and enjoy!
