Sleeps up to 18 Adults + 6 Children within 9 en-suite rooms (sofa beds in larger suites). Sunny yard area. Grand lobby, lounge, large kitchen and huge air conditioned dining room. FREE parking for 7 cars. Links through to 'The Courtyard', providing an incredible shared indoor/outdoor space if you choose to book both properties.

Available to book for 'Couple Only Elopements' or as extra accommodation if booking 'The Bath House' & 'The Courtyard' (as it links to both). Sleeps up to 2 Adults + 2 Children (sofa bed in lounge). Vaulted ceiling air conditioned bedroom, spacious lounge with log burner & open plan kitchenette. Large bathroom & additional wc off the lounge. Viewing our Wedding Venue? Grade 2 Listed – dating from 1840, this Gothic style building is located at the main entrance to Tunnels Beaches. Extensive renovations recently completed. This original, quirky property offers luxury self catering accommodation sleeping up to 12 Adults + 2 Children within 6 en-suite rooms including a bridal suite/family room. Please note: Unsuitable for very young children & elderly guests due to the original, steep stairs.
Sunny front patio. Huge lounge, large basement kitchen and dining room opening onto lower terrace area. FREE parking for 5 cars. Outdoor area links through to 'The Woodlands' providing a great shared outdoor space if you choose to book both properties.

We offer a choice of in-house freshly catered food options, delivered directly to our on-site properties for you and your guests... Paella, Thai Curry, Lasagne, Pizza, Nachos, Chilli & Antipasti Grazing Boards. Create the perfect, relaxed ice-breaker the evening before your wedding! Biodegradable palm leaf bowls and forks provided so you don't even need to wash up.
