Accommodation FAQs

  • Within each property, we provide the following...
    Bedrooms: Bedlinen, towels, hand soap, toilet rolls, hair dryer.

    Kitchen: Tea/coffee/sugar, salt/pepper/olive oil, tea towels, foil, cleaning essentials.

    Utility: 2x ironing boards, 2x irons, 3x travel cots (fitted sheets available but please bring your own cot blankets), sofa bed bedding.

    Clothes steamer available on request.

  • Check-in is from 4pm. Check-out is 10.30am

  • No. Our brilliant team of cleaners work very hard to get our large properties cleaned to a high standard and turned around ready for your stay. Unfortunately we need to use all the time available - sorry, but it is simply not an option to check-in any earlier than 4pm so please don’t ask.

  • We provide 7 complimentary car parking spaces for The Bath House, The Courtyard and The Woodlands and 5 spaces for Runnymede House - all within Bath Place Car Park (opposite The Bath House). There is a security chain across the car park entrance - you will be emailed a passcode to gain access, prior to yor stay with us. 

  • It depends... Accommodation availability is at our own discretion - some wedding dates MUST book one property and other dates require 2 houses being booked. This is dependent on other bookings around certain dates - if you have a specific number of houses required or if you don't want to stay on-site with us, please let us know and we will look at available dates to suit your specific requirements...

  • Yes, subject to availability, happy to discuss...

  • All outdoor areas are subject to a strict 11pm curfew due to council planning permission conditions. We ask you to keep noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbours and also ask that you move inside with the doors closed after this time.

  • Sorry but we don't don't allow stag/hen or same sex group/party bookings.

  • Yes, a credit card pre-authorisation of £500 damage/cleaning deposit is required per property prior to check-in. Cleaning charges WILL be deducted from deposits if the property or outdoor areas (inc. BBQ) are left in an unacceptable state. There is an indicative list of charges attached to the guest info. clipboard within each property.
